3. Regional issues
Regarding the verification of mobile phone numbers, all numbers of Mobile, China Unicom and Telecom are currently supported. International, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regional numbers are not currently supported.
If you have previously unsubscribed from SMS, please try to send the text message “DG” to 1069013301016, cancel the subscription and get the verification code again.
1. First enter your mobile phone number to log in to Red Fox.
2. Then click Forgot Password at the bottom of the password input page, and reset it through the verification code of the mobile phone.
